Ancestral Swiftness Whitelist #10

I've attempted to add the shaman spell Ancestral Swiftness (443454) to the whitelist by both name and ID, but it doesn't seem to work. All other spells are functioning as expected when added to the whitelist.

Edit: Confirmed. On targeting dummies, if I use the instant cast in the same GCD as the ancestral swiftness cast, the CD timer works. If I delay at all, the timer does not.

I'm wondering if this may be related to the fact that it doesn't go on cooldown until you use the instant cast?
