Improvements and corrections for version 0.5 #10

Version 0.5 has problems in the email_count function with Incredimail 2 
databases.  Also, it would be very simple to automatically include the 
attachment directory when either the initial directory or database file is 
selected.

Instead of a hard coded value of 128, MAX_CHAR was used.  Also added some small 
logic 
to winmain to include the attachment directory to startup and the converting 
section.
