In CMS UI 12.17.0, the file NotificationListViewModel was removed, but we use it in advanced-reviews https://github.com/advanced-cms/advanced-reviews/blob/82689d094ba4f48c27ee31259600e57c5ddd8eeb/src/Advanced.CMS.ApprovalReviews/ClientResources/notificationsInitializer.js#L6
