Basic needs of developing the `libhttp`

interfaces for other applications

[ ] use server information to instantiate the libhttp object
[ ] use protocol buff as a middle-ware media to communicate with other applications

private common methods

[ ] get

[ ] post
[ ] delete

Interface like this would be good.

I'm now looking for a library for web_socket_server,so I'm thinking may be we should use one http_library for http_server/http_client/web_socket_server
