Cannot import an API specification in Swagger 2.0 JSON format #520

Expected Behavior ARC imports an API specification in Swagger 2.0 JSON format as described in the import dialog.

Actual behavior I go File->Import Data, select a ZIP file with an API specification in Swagger 2.0 JSON format and click open. The specification is not imported, no new data is shown in the ARC UI.

If I try to drag and drop the file into the ARC's UI, it either crashes or nothing happens.

To Reproduce I've attached the scpec that I try to import. Go File->Import Data and follow the dialog instructions.
