Version 1.1 used in readme examples doesn't exist #6

When trying to use the examples from the readme I had to change version to 1.0 since that's the latest release. E.g.

- name: CocoaPods Dependency Submission Action
  uses: advanced-security/cocoapods-dependency-submission-action@v1.0
