Disable touchpad entirely #18

There should be an option, or perhaps simply as default, for typing to
disable the touchpad entirely, not just its clicking (Basically, movement too).

I use the touchpad just for scrolling, in case you were wondering how this
could be useful.

I would like it to disable movement, too.  Moving the mouse in some programs or 
places 
is enough to take attention and mess up the typing issues.
