Ehhh not really. This is more of a skeleton project on how files work. You'd need to explain much more detail, screenshots, etc to see if it could be done.

Some times its easier to use an external file manager.

I have a task where I need to upload an IMS content file through web service under an already-created course in Moodle. The official Moodle APIs don't seem to have the functionality to upload a file under a section of a course directly. I am facing difficulty in getting some proper resources on that and also I am pretty new to Moodle. If you could help with some resources that would be helpful for me. Hrm. You'd have to extend the mForm maybe.
