Fix html structure for SEO #671

Fix duplicates in html structure:

html tag Line 2: "<html lang="en-US" id="html">" and Line 119: "<html class="u-theme--bluejay" lang="en-US" id="html">";
head tag ;
body tag <body> tag, Line 115 and 251;
Do not forget add meta tags.

This is issue was fixed in this PR - #672 and will release in 3.14.3.1 release.
