Make general link for getting latest version of theme #723

Hi,

Changes:

prepare link for getting latest version of theme;
integrate it on cloudflare or some place;
put this link to need places for this case;
Increase PHP version to 8.1 in each places in the theme.
WP 6.1.1 - in cloudflare side;
"The ALPS v3 wordpress theme." -> "The ALPS v3 WordPress Theme." in cloudflare side;
Description: ALPS is the Adventist Living Pattern Library Theme based off of the Sage WordPress Theme.

After some discussion, we will have just 2 version of WP theme - latest, previous.
