Third-party ministries should be able to submit contacts through the API to be followed up by local churches. Examples of third-parties include Discovery, FaithFm, IIWO, etc. Workflow:

Third-party sends API request with contacts details and an activity. Request also includes a callback url
App responds with contacts id and activity id
Contact is auto allocated to the nearest church.
Team member completes activity and provides feedback
JSON object sent back to callback url noting that activity was completed at set time with set feedback

Is there a way to sync databases between entities so changes are live? e.g. to contact details, requests, etc?

An entity like Faith FM would not have it's own crm, but use AdHub wholly. Could/would the same be true for others such as Discovery or IIWO?

Whether the third-party has a team on CRM is something currently up for discussion.

We wouldn't be doing any database syncing however. Workflows like the one suggestion are one-off transactions with the third-party.
