Profile pic/avatar file size #150

Just tried to upload a profile picture for a contact - told me file size was too big - I don't know what the max file size is - nor did the warning tell me what to resize it to.

Can we please either eliminate the file size or make it very clear as to what it is?

Error message now includes max file size which is 1Mb.
