Only one owner (owner always team not individual) per contact - preferably local church - only owner can/change transfer ownership via drop down menu
Other teams can request ownership access by selecting themselves as owners - if current ownership team accepts - ownership is transferred but initial (and/or other teams), continue to have access to the data they created (tagged via team ID)
