CLOUD: Simple Church 'preview' web addresses need removing #254

There's a bunch of Web URL's in cloud that need cleaning or updating. eg http://search.adventistchurch.com/listings/332-sinai-seventh-day-adventist-church was listed (now deleted)

Can you clear all http://search.adventistchurch.com/ URLS or give me a list so I can work though them and update them?

(yeah, not really a bug tag, nor an Adventist place issue - but it's documented and will get fixed... :)

Got started last week, 2/3 through. There's a lot with no web presence at all...
