Footer link pages do not exist. #5

The following pages need contents:

[ ] About Us
[ ] Terms of Service
[ ] FAQ
[ ] Feedback & Support
[ ] Contact Us

These each have footer links, and "about us" has a header link.

Created blank pages for the the following pages.

About Us Terms of Service FAQ Feedback & Support Contact Us

Linked to footer.

Additionally reorganized the location of some pages to make more sense and move out of root folder.

Relinked logged in user name link to /user instead of /account to fit with 'my-account' header link. Started code movement to merge those.

Not ready to close until we actually have contents for these pages.

I'd suggest closing this issue, as it does create the placeholder pages (as per the title) to be merged, including links and other such things related to them. Then open up a separate issue for the actual content of the pages, which might take some time to get together and isn't much dependent on the dev team. That way any of us can paste in the text etc. when it becomes available.

ps. Nvm, as it's already been pushed the pages are already available to paste content into. It's all good then.
