Add localization #142

Let's add another language to learn about localization with Flutter - @Jei shall we add Italian?

This looks like a great tool to collectively provide translations: Arbify/Arbify: ARB files localization tool. Dedicated to Flutter and its intl package.

A tool to remove the boilerplate when using ARBs: intl_utils | Dart Package
