Update README to include relevant topics/areas #189

I think it would be good for a project to have a quick summary toward the top of the README with the topics/areas the project covers so it's easy to decide whether you're interested or not. Or maybe it's better to put it in the Advemtures=In meetup event descriptions?

Off the top of my head, the README could have:

Relevant topics/areas

state management eg. provider
firebase services: eg. messaging, firestore, etc.
infrastructure: eg. Github Actions for CI, Firebase Emulators Suite for testing
other relevant packages: eg.
