Transfer to a new firebase project called "adventures-in-chat" #197

adventures-in -> adventures-in-chat

this could also do #199 and potentially part of #194

auth

[x] enable the required auth options
[x] configure sign in with apple
- see nickmeinhold/apple-sign-in-flutter-firebase
[x] configure google sign in
- google_sign_in
- fill out all required fields in the console for OAuth Consent screen

general setup

[x] create new project
[x] update to blaze plan
[x] update all references in the code to point to new project

firestore

[x] create database
[x] deploy firestore security rules

functions

[x] deploy functions

apps

[x] create ios app, android app in firebase project
[x] replace GoogleService-Info.plist for iOS
[x] replace GoogleService-Info.plist for macOS
[x] replace google-services.json for Android
[x] remove old apps from old firebase project (so people will get errors on sign in)

hosting

[x] create web app and setup hosting
[x] build and deploy web app to hosting
[ ] remove old hosting (not sure if we can)

CI

[x] create new bucket for credential files
- [x] bucket for firebase config files
- [x] bucket for credentials
[x] add shell scripts for config and credential files
[x] create a service account with access to both buckets
- firebase console > settings > service accounts (choose GCS Viewer role)
[x] add secrets to allow GCS action to access the bucket
[x] update ci_cd.yaml

separate

[x] change ios and mac to automatic signing (this is actually part of #194 but seems a good time to do it)
