Coveralls isn't providing percentages in badge #213

Describe the bug The coverage badge just shows 'unknown'.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to README
  2. Review coverage badge
  3. See error

Expected behavior Should show a percentage of coverage (eg.) 33%
