i213: Coveralls isn't providing percentages in badge #214

Thanks @tourdownunder! I've also added a status check:

I'm not sure exactly how it works yet, the coveralls site doesn't have a great deal of information but I believe this will make coverage change a part of each PR.

Great! The CI now runs on push but skips steps not needed for coverage:

And we have a working badge!
