Change to using 'test', 'build' and 'deploy' branches #221

[x] push new branches
[x] create branch protection rules
[x] delete old branch protection rules
[x] change dev to test in workflow file

sort out coverage

[x] make status check available
- [x] change branch on coveralls.io Adventures-In/chat_app | Coveralls - Test Coverage History & Statistics
- [x] merge a PR to run CI
- [x] check if we can now change coveralls branch
[x] select coveralls status check in branch protection rule

move building out of test branch

[x] only build on pushes to the build branch
