Add OS X Contacts upload option

Detailed Description

We need to allow a user to import OS X contacts exported by mail or contacts (see these instructions).

Context

This will allow us to get more user contacts

Possible Implementation

• [ ] allow new type of file upload
• [ ] send ingestion initiation
• [ ] modify data adapter to do transforamation and summary
• [ ] write tests
