kotlin version needed upgrade #11

having the following issues

The Android Gradle plugin supports only Kotlin Gradle plugin version 1.5.20 and higher. The following dependencies do not satisfy the required version: project ':document_file_save_plus' -> org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.3.50

was my mistake, instaled old version of this plugin, am on latest now
