Add Hebrew translation strings json for the app

Just saw that translation is now being done using weblate 😅 Should I close and continue there?

This should work and sync with weblate. Are the unverified commits intentional?

Not intentional, I didn’t notice it until I created the pull request, probably because I have different email configured in git on the computer I worked on. I can probably fix it and do a final commit if that’s important
