[Enhancement] CUE file export OR cut files to chapter codes feature #909

I have been cutting up many of my books for easier consumption through podcast apps.

Some files have no metadata, but your tool is able to pull the chapter time code info. If i could export this as a CUE, i could then process. I have tried to reprocess the abs file to no luck yet
