fix: allow for dev env to change between dev and live collections #50

This pull request will manually check for the dev env variable as a string to determine the collection names. This is because the variable has been treated as a boolean which will only satisfy the first condition.

testing has confirmed that switching the actions env variable and rebuilding will switch the collections fire store.
