@ailurophilia -- the beta diversity vignette looks fantastic! I love it. Thank you especial much for the examples of how to quote these results in a paper.

I made some minor modifications - if you could take a look at them that would be great. The only more major thing I changed was to remove the use of the specimen design matrix from the sample_data - since you show the user how to construct themselves, I think you could more easily just use the one you created on the fly. Any reason not to?

If you could review and merge if you're happy with it that would be great. Thanks!!
