Issue 89 - Adding static html documents for vignettes to repo #122

@adw96 I added static html files instead of pdfs (as asked for in issue 89) because the default for these Rmd files right now is to knit to html. If you'd prefer pdf let me know and I can change this! I've added @ailurophilia as a reviewer for the pull request.

Closing this pull request because it has overlapped with my github actions work on my fork. I'll re-open a new one later that does not include these github actions commits.
