Re-think radio buttons #60

The radio buttons on the score tracker page need to be re-thought to fix the following issues:

They are too small and hard to quickly and accurately select
They take up too much vertical real estate and make the page very long
They are very sensitive and in combination with being very tall, can be accidentally triggered while scrolling

Progress has been made on this issue by replacing all radio buttons with counters and also making all counters vertical instead of horizontal. I think this will help in them being difficult to activate, but I need feedback as to how this does on the height of the page.

Current Bugs:

[ ] Standing? for relics does not auto uncheck upon return to 0, and can be checked while in Zone 0. (Review and Teleop Page)
[ ] Submit Auto reverts "parking" to 0.

Ideas for improvement: Color +1 green and -1 red? add horizontal divider between scores, shrink the div containing the text to the line-height to minimize space between up/down buttons Also need to identify which "upright" checkbox is which

More Bugs (All on Review Page):

[ ] Cant increment Robots Parked.
[ ] No balance field.
[ ] Auto Keys don't get included in score submit. (Can't Verify Auto Parking works)
