This fix adds a new line feed to the append process to merge proguard files in a new line

Hey @Mklueh, You have been involved in this project for long, so would you be interested in maintaining this repository?

I am no longer working with android development and hence am not able to verify the commits or provide bug fixes. So I am thinking to add one or two people who can continue this repo forward.
