Use Numo::NArray instead of NArray #3

NArray is no longer maintained and has been replaced with Numo::NArray, so it would be nice to replace the dependency in this project.

Hey @waissbluth! Yeah, that totally makes sense. I would gladly accept a PR. Just consider the fact that there are people currently using the gem with NArray, so we shouldn't break anything for them. So, there are alternatives:
