Remove visor module #113

Files from this module were removed on https://github.com/ady624/webCoRE/commit/24bd06f0986c3b6416f5a353640d7ae488f4fa79 but these entries were never removed.

Unless this is a future plan... But, currently, dashboard handles inclusion of visors.module.js as a 404.

There seems to be some private code on dashboard.webcore.co for visors, but since the code is not committed you're right – it is a 404 locally and for our other dashboard subdomains. Since https://dashboard.webcore.co/visors looks like it does not work and will never be finished I'm fine with killing it off. Thanks!
