Linked Scopes #25

When multiple Scopes are specified in Name Definition, the first picked name from this Definition should fulfill all scopes and do not look those names further.

This will only work for Titles and Obscurity for now. Obscurity will use Title if Name Definition from where Title was picked also defines Obscuring scope
