Fix issue168 travis ci not running rspec #169

These changes fixes following error.

$ bundle exec rspec
bundler: command not found: rspec
Install missing gem executables with `bundle install`
The command "bundle exec rspec" exited with 127.
store build cache
Done. Your build exited with 1.

Now rspecs have started running but they are failing for different specs.
I would like to suggest to merge this PR first and then need to fix failing specs separately class/module wise.
Also I have removed gemfiles for Rails 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 and added Rails 5.0 gemfile which was missing

Thanks but I've tweaked what I had and removed the old gemfiles. The specs fail because some upgrade issue I haven't identified yet.
