Feature: Venue slots disabled by default #93

I think this is useful for festivals which happen for more than one or two days. AU will be over one week, which would mean many slots would have to be disabled when creating venues. It could be implemented as a tick box in the PlacesNew view which disables all slots.

I can still think of usecases where one wants to have all slots enabled first (smaller festivals like HOFFNUNG 3000). Maybe a button in the UI which says "toggle all" would be better? Then we have the best of both worlds 😺
