This PR is dependent on https://github.com/adzialocha/hoffnung3000/pull/95 being merged first. It is a feature for setting tags on events and then filtering the calendar accordingly. It works really well! It's a feature that people used a lot on the previous antiuni website so I thought it was good to replicate here. Not sure if it's desirable for all H3K uses though.... Happy to work on the styling more!

oh no! I just saw the commit history here became a complete mess.... I must have made a mistake while pulling changes to the fork I'm testing features out with on my git. I don't really understand how I did this, sorry... urgh...
