settings: Added a new subscription - [merged] #393

Merges och -> master

This new subscription is created for the great activity's staff members who aren't AE contributors. In the aim to be more legal, we decided to add a subscription that lasts only 2 weeks and therefore allow AE non-contributors to participate in the organization of a great activity. It has a symbolic price of 1 euro.
