Are sure that it's not the fault of the user that would have pressed "Refresh" during a too long request (possibly due to some shitty network)?
If it's not the case, we may have some race somewhere...

It would be great if someone could provide a way to reproduce this bug.

Anyway, thanks for the report, a solution must be found.

I don't know yet how to reproduce it but I'm sure he's not alone : Kay had the same problem a few days ago so I promised myself to report it if I found a second one.

Maybe you're right and it's a latency problem.
