Panel options not showing #5

I wanted to try the plotly panel but unfortunately I do not get any editing options in the panel. The only things showing are the standard Grafana panel options (Settings, Visualization, Links, Repeat options).

Hi I have the same problem I can confirm is related with 7.2 because I installed another instance with 7.1 and it shows all the options. Hope this helps with the debug process.
