Port the fix from aecreations/clippings#422.

This is actually not an issue because the Clippings context menu is built using the legacy XUL overlay.

However, this should be fixed when rewriting the message composer integration UI into MailExtension code.

Tested on 7.0a2 and confirmed that this is not an issue. Closing.

Actually, this is still an issue when importing clippings/folders. Reopening.

Issue continues to affect submenus for folders. Context menu items representing clippings are unaffected.

Back port this fix to version 6.3.

Backporting to 6.3.x isn't necessary because it is using legacy XUL to generate the Clippings context menu in the composer window.
