Extension windows and pages don't have focus #172

A regression issue that is occurring after fully converting to a MailExtension. When clicking the toolbar button in the composer while Clippings Manager is already open, the window doesn't gain focus.

When opening the extension preferences page from Clippings Manager (via Tools -> Options), the extension preferences page opens in a new tab in the main Thunderbird window, but it doesn't gain focus.

This isn't occurring in Clippings for Thunderbird 6.3.

Back-porting this fix to version 6.3.6 due to changing the strict_max_version for Thunderbird to 128.*.

Fix has been tested on Windows and macOS, on Thunderbird versions 115 and 128b6.
