REGRESSION: Checkbox option for keyboard paste shortcut is ignored on Windows #173

Clippings for Thunderbird 7.0a4+ on Windows

Steps to repro:

  1. In the extension preferences page, untick the checkbox option "Activate shortcut key mode"
  2. Open a new composer window
  3. Press the keyboard shortcut to activate keyboard paste mode, ALT+SHIFT+Y

Result: The keyboard paste dialog appears even though the keyboard shortcut is supposed to be ignored.

This issue is occurring on Windows. Not reproducible on macOS.

Issue is NOT occurring in Clippings for Thunderbird 6.3.4.
