Open extension preferences page, then open the Sync Clippings settings dialog. It should show the message "Requires Sync Clippings Helper 2.0 or newer"
Dismiss the dialog
Upgrade Sync Clippings Helper to version 2.0b1
Open the Sync Clippings settings dialog again
Result: The dialog still shows the message in step 2, but it shouldn't because the native messaging app was just upgraded. Because the dialog height is shortened, the dialog buttons are overlapped with the bottom edge of the dialog.
Workaround: Close the extension preferences page and reopen it.
