Display a one-time notification 14 days after the user installs Clippings, with the following message:

Support the development of Clippings by making a donation today! Click here to learn more.

Clicking on it should send the user to Liberapay: https://liberapay.com/aecreations/

Consider redirecting to the Clippings donation page instead: https://aecreations.io/clippings/donate.php

This gives the user the option to make a one-time donation via PayPal. Users who wish to set up a recurring donation can opt for Liberapay.

Won't do, as this may annoy users enough that they could uninstall Clippings in protest.
