In Clippings Manager, export dialog checkbox option to include source URLs is disabled #451

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Clippings Manager, then Tools -> Export
  2. Select an export format, either HTML or CSV, to cause the checkbox option to be disabled
  3. Click Cancel
  4. Re-open the export dialog

Result: The "Include source web page addresses of clippings" checkbox option remains disabled, even though the dialog state should reset itself upon opening.
