Turn off forced display of first-time backup notification shortly after installation #457

Clippings 7.0a1+

The ability to display first-time backup notification within 10 or so minutes after installation was implemented for testing purposes. This should be turned off by setting the default value of _forceShowFirstTimeBkupNotif to false.
