An existing bug with the placement of the placeholder prompt dialog. Even if the setting is turned on to automatically position Clippings windows and dialogs within the browser window, the placeholder prompt dialog is positioned at its default coordinates.
This issue only occurs if the keyboard paste dialog was displayed prior. Possible cause: unable to calculate the window geometry if the browser window isn't focused in between displays of the two dialogs.
