Improvements to export dialog checkbox option for including separators #471

Related to issue #414. Improvements to the export dialog in Clippings Manager:

  1. The "Include separators" checkbox should only be enabled if the default JSON export format is selected. It should be disabled, and the checkbox toggled OFF if other export formats are selected. The checkbox state should be restored when reselecting the default JSON export format. The checkbox option should revert to its default setting and enabled state when the dialog is closed and then reopened.
  2. Fix visual misalignment of the checkbox.
