Missing resizer grippy image in Clippings Manager status bar #475

A long-standing bug reproducible as far back as Firefox 91. The resizer grippy icon on the status bar in Clippings Manager is missing. The CSS style rule references the image file at chrome://global/skin/icons/resizer.png, but it doesn't exist.

This is fixed in version 6.5.7 as part of a bug fix for a UI regression issue in Firefox 128.

The resizer grippy image should not be visible on Linux, due to the placement of the Minimize When Inactive status bar icon. Therefore, it should only be visible on Windows.
