Get rid of window resizer image on status bar #479

Like the title says. The image is misleading, as it suggests that the entire area of the image is draggable, but it isn't - the user must point directly at the corner of the window to resize by dragging.

The resizer image was also added to the Clippings Manager status bar in version 6.5.7, and it needs to be removed as well.
